Do you design logos and full brand identities?

Yes - brand identity is one of our core graphic design services. A brand identity project typically covers the logo, colour palette, typography and a brand guidelines document. We can also apply the identity to your website, marketing materials and social profiles as part of the same project.

Can you refresh an existing brand rather than starting from scratch?

Yes. A brand refresh - updating a logo, tightening a colour palette, modernising typography - is often the right answer for businesses that have a recognisable identity they want to keep but that looks dated. We'll advise on the right approach after seeing what you have.

Do you handle printing?

We design for print and supply files to the correct specification, but we don't handle printing directly. We can recommend printers we have worked with if you need a recommendation.

What file formats do you supply?

We supply final files in the formats you need - typically SVG, PNG and PDF for logos, and print-ready PDF with correct bleed and colour profiles for print artwork. Source files in the relevant design software are supplied as standard.

Can you design graphics for our website and social media?

Yes - digital design is a core part of what we do. We produce web graphics, /services/social-media templates, ad creatives and UI assets, all in the correct formats and dimensions for each application.

How long does a brand identity project take?

A logo and brand identity project typically takes three to five weeks depending on complexity and the number of revision rounds. Projects that also include website application or a full brand guidelines document take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the start.

Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?

Yes. If you have an established brand identity and just need design work that follows it - website graphics, print materials, social assets - we can work within your existing guidelines.
